- Simply fill in the options above. If you want to order more than one bracelet, fill in all the information for one bracelet and add it to your cart. For the second bracelet, fill in the information again and add it to your cart. When uploading your photo, make sure it is a high-quality image.
2 year warranty
All our jewellery is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty applies if your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly personalised, or different from what you ordered. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.
To submit a warranty claim, contact info@dearmoments-jewelry.com and include your order number together with clear photos or a video of the issue.

How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days, Monday to Friday.
Please note that shipping time is separate from production time. Personalised and photo items require 4–8 business days to produce, while non-personalised items are usually processed within 1 business day.
