The warranty applies if your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly personalised, or different from what you ordered. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.

How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days, Monday to Friday.
Please note that shipping time is separate from production time. Personalised and photo items require 4–8 business days to produce, while non-personalised items are usually processed within 1 business day.
