• Fill in the options above. If you want to order more than one necklace, fill in all the information for one necklace, then add it to your cart. Next, fill in your second necklace’s information and add it to your cart as well, and so on. When uploading your picture, please ensure it is a high-quality image.
PATENT PENDING
All our jewellery is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty applies if your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly personalised, or different from what you ordered. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.
To submit a warranty claim, contact info@dearmoments-jewelry.com and include your order number together with clear photos or a video of the issue.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days, Monday to Friday.
Please note that shipping time is separate from production time. Personalised and photo items require 4–8 business days to produce, while non-personalised items are usually processed within 1 business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
